🎁 Extended Christmas Returns Window

To make Christmas gifting more convenient, we’re extending our returns window for purchases made between 18 November 2025 and 24 December 2025. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or refund until 7 January 2026.

🔁 Standard Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund to your original payment method.

All returns must be received by us within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Our return, exchange, and warranty policies do not apply to discounted or sale items unless they are faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes both the original delivery fee and any return postage costs. We do not offer free return shipping, and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

🚫 Important Note

Perfume and candles cannot be delivered internationally due to air transport restrictions.

📦 How to Return an Item

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our team via the Contact Us form.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
    • Your full name and delivery address
    • A brief description of the item and the reason for return
  • Once your return is authorised, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
